Billing, Trial, and Refund Policy

Membership billing

Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. By starting a paid membership or trial, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Free trial promotions (when offered)

Free trials are occasional promotional offers and may not be available at all times. When a trial campaign is active, availability and qualification are determined at signup and can be limited to one trial per customer/account.

If a trial is offered and activated, billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in Stripe Billing Portal from your account plan page. If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the current paid period (or trial end), then ends and does not renew.

Refund policy for digital services

Seek His Grace memberships are digital services. Payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where we choose to grant a courtesy exception.

To request review of a charge, contact seekhisgrace.org@gmail.com with your account email and transaction details.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Cardholders can still initiate disputes through their bank under card-network rules. We may submit account and usage records to respond to disputes.
