Seek His Grace is operated by Seek His Grace LLC ("we," "us," and "our"). These terms are an agreement between you and Seek His Grace LLC. By using Seek His Grace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Seek His Grace and all site software, code, design, layout, text, graphics, features, and branding are proprietary and protected by copyright and other laws.
No permission is granted to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the site or codebase without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing, or spam content.
We may suspend or restrict access, remove content, and take moderation actions when needed to protect users, the site, or legal compliance.
If you post reflections, comments, or reactions, you retain ownership of your content. You grant Seek His Grace LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, and process that content to operate and improve community features.
You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have rights to post it. We may remove or limit content that violates these terms.
If you submit a prayer request, you grant Seek His Grace LLC permission to encrypt, retain, process with automated safety and AI tools, make available to authorized admins for review, and generalize it into anonymous community prayer themes. Publication is manual, and your original request is not published.
Do not include another person's identifying or confidential information. You may edit or delete individual requests shared today, or delete all retained requests from your account. Originals are otherwise deleted after 30 days.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. By starting a paid membership or trial, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
Trial offers, if available, are promotional, can be limited to one per customer/account, and may be modified or ended in future campaigns.
You can cancel from Stripe Billing Portal through your account plans page. Cancellations stop future renewal charges after the current billing period or trial ends.
Membership access is a digital service. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or when we choose to provide a courtesy exception.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at billing@seekhisgrace.org. Card issuers can still process disputes under card-network rules. We may submit account, billing, and usage records to respond.
Seek His Grace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Bible companion responses are AI-generated and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying important information with Scripture and other reliable sources before relying on it.
Bible companion output is for educational and reflective use and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or crisis services.
Daily Prayer requests are not monitored for emergencies or urgent help. Seek His Grace does not promise an immediate review, does not contact emergency services from a request, and is not a substitute for 988, local emergency services, professional care, or other crisis support.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
