Ownership and license

Seek His Grace and all site software, code, design, layout, text, graphics, features, and branding are proprietary and protected by copyright and other laws.

Paid memberships, trials, and renewals

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. By starting a paid membership or trial, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.

Trial offers, if available, are promotional, can be limited to one per customer/account, and may be modified or ended in future campaigns.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from Stripe Billing Portal through your account plans page. Cancellations stop future renewal charges after the current billing period or trial ends.

Membership access is a digital service. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or when we choose to provide a courtesy exception.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at seekhisgrace.org@gmail.com. Card issuers can still process disputes under card-network rules. We may submit account, billing, and usage records to respond.

Disclaimers and limits

Seek His Grace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
