As he was now getting near, at the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works which they had seen, saying, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest!”

As Jesus approaches Jerusalem, the disciples erupt in joyful praise for the mighty works they have seen and welcome Him as the King who comes in the Lord's name.
Jesus, help me rejoice in Your true kingship, not in a version shaped by personal expectations. Let remembered works of God become honest praise and deeper allegiance.
Prayer makes room to be still with God. He meets us with mercy, strengthens faith, and helps us face what lies ahead with Him.
